Our programming is expanding into the realm of career exploration and working toward pathways of success to meet personal goals. Our strategic planning is dedicated to providing professionally development services for at risk youth and individuals with disabilities. We provide job development, paid work experience, supported employment, job coaching, career planning, and community outings. Our staff have 20 plus years of workforce development experiences.

Positive Integration's mission is to bridge the divide between at-risk youth and individuals with disabilities in the growing skills gaping in our workforce. We envision a community where our participants are more broadly valued and participating in meaningful training & employment opportunities.
